A clinical study conducted at Massachusetts General Hospital in conjunction with Harvard University showed that in addition to preventing neural tube defects, EnBrace HR is able to finally give women with depression an option to safely forego antidepressant medication while they're trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and postpartum.
Pediatric depression remains a treatment challenge, not only because of its increasing prevalence over the past year, but the "black box warning," which elaborates the possibility of suicidal thoughts or behaviors associated with antidepressant use in younger patients.
